Oil Pan/Pick Up-After Engine Flush

Motorlife Program - Engine Flush

The Engine Flush™ is a process to completely remove 100% of the dirty oil and contaminants from the inside of an internal combustion engine.  A "traditional" oil change consists of removing the oil drain plug and letting the engine oil drain using gravity.  This leaves between 1/2 and 1 quart of dirty oil behind in the engine.  This dirty, contaminant laden "carryover" oil is then mixed with the new oil that is put into the engine, which immediately degrades the new oil.

The Motorlife™ Engine Flush™ achieves a 100% oil change by attaching a computer controlled machine to the oil filter housing and the oil drain plug of an engine after the gravity oil change, or traditional oil change is complete, and pumping a heated cleaning solution into the engine with the engine off for a 15 minute computer controlled cleaning cycle.  The cleaning solution enters the engine through the oil filter port and leaves the engine via the oil drain plug.  This is a closed loop system that filters out all the particulates down to 3-microns in size.

Once the Engine Flush™ is complete, new oil is put into the engine along with a new oil filter.  However the new oil is now put into a clean environment and is not instantly degraded.  The engine is cleaner, operates more efficiently, an thus has lower emissions.
